Mathew was his usual friendly, efficient self. He said he would call me when car would be ready. Service and vehicle health check were performed to a high standard and the car was given a complimentary wash and vacuum.
Queue for booking-in short. Free carwash at end of service. Noted that brake fluid will need replacement at next service in 12 months time. Service competed a little ahead of time. No complaints.

I booked my car in for a Health check due to a misfire of the engine a couple of weeks back. The service team at Stellantis &You Croydon have been impeccable, with a special mention to Jamil and Allan.
I was stressed when I arrived at Stellantis due to an expensive diagnostic at another garage which had offered no solutions.
Jamil was empathetic and actively listened to the issue, and after the Health check offered a repair solution.
Today I came in for the repairs and was kept up to date all through the day with text / call on the progress.
Additionally their Technician did an extra check being aware of the previous issue and has advised an additional step going forward.
A massive FIVE STARS to Stellantis & You Croydon, the service and care I received from yourselves has been absolutely premium. I will definitely be making use of your services going forward.
