Brilliant service from Dan Elliott! Would highly recommend
Fantastic service from Dan Elliott. Recently called the store and spoke to Dan on the phone where he was able to answer all of my questions and provide me with quotes, as well as booking us in a visit to see him in store and test drive a model of the car.
We then visited the store to enquire about the C3 further and ended up placing an order. Nothing was too much trouble for Dan, who was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and took the time with us to make us feel comfortable before making any commitments and placing an order.
Dan kept me up to date throughout the process right to receiving the car. Cannot fault Dan at all - really great bloke and is a real credit to his employer. Thank you again Dan for all of your support throughout, you made the process enjoyable and as easy as it could be.
Would definitely recommend the dealership, in particular Dan. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase and service throughout.

Great customer service provided sharmarke
Great customer service provided by Sharmarke Jama. Took me around the car when handing the keys back after its service and mot. Dropped car off at 8am got it back around 2.30p, only thing negative not relating Sharmarke is the car clean department who washed and hoovered the car however seem to have forgotten to hoover the rear passenger area.

He is always going above and beyond to ensure you are kept up to date and making sure you are happy with the service being provided.
Service plan
I have a 5 year service plan which was purchased when the car was bought new. Each time they book you in (via a call centre) though, you are asked if you would like to purchase various add ons, and you are made to feel as though they are necessary, why? Surely they would be part of the service plan if they were important. My 3 year service and MOT were arranged and even though I told them I didn't want any add ons when it came to paying they tried to invoice me for some. After some discussion they were credited by the manager (even the MOT which was part of the plan). I have always found the customer service etc. okay and would recommend them after my experience. It's fair to say though most car dealers try this sales add ons at some stage.

Chris was very helpful and professional. He kept on updating me on the progress of the job. I would recommend Stellantis Brentford to anyone.
Easy process and a pleasant experience
Service reception staff were very friendly and helpful. I was kept informed on the progress of my car.
I arrived back to the dealership early but was able to spend time sitting and reading in the very comfortable waiting area.
Free tea/coffee was on hand and the manager checked that everything was ok while I waited.

Great Service from Dan Elliott when we visited the dealership in Tyburn Road, Birmingham
Went into the dealership to look at a secondhand DS3 Etense, ended up purchasing a brand new DS3 Etense via Dan Elliott
Dan made the process straight forward and easy, couldn't believe how simple it was and Dan was caring, thoughtful and helpful throughout the whole process
Dan also kept me up to speed with the whereabouts of the car before it eventually landed
Couldn't have purchased a new car from such a lovely guy and nothing was too much trouble for Dan
Fully recommend the DS3 Etense (electric) and dealing with Dan Elliott at the Tyburn Road DS dealership
