    Excellent Customer Care

    In June 2023 I was sold a Peugeot 3008 Hybrid with a factory defective battery from a Peugeot dealer in Letchworth. I complained about the inability to charge the car's battery effectively from the beginning, only to be told it was the way I drove the car that was the problem. Fast forward to April 2024, I booked the car in for a general service with Peugeot Edgware who found the factory fault with the battery immediately. The person how dealt with my car's situation was Mr Ian Walsh who told me the truth straight away, but also said he will do everything possible to help. My car was with Peugeot Edgware for four weeks while Ian checked technical issues, warranty issues, and finally the decision was made that Peugeot would cover the cost of supplying a new battery at a cost of over £5,000.00. Ian Walsh is one of the best customer service individuals I have ever come across in any situation or industry. He was interested in finding a solution and demonstrated trust and care for my situation whilst carrying out his job with great professionalism. The car was with Peugeot for four weeks. No process, procedure or protocol was overlooked by Ian, which was extremely frustrating for me because I needed my car. But, I could not get angry because each time Ian explained what was happening, why and what he was trying to achieve. Thank you Ian, for your impressive customer care and obviously high levels of experience, and for doing the right thing. Peugeot you have a star employee and I hope he is recognised and rewarded as such. As for Norton Peugeot in Letchworth, shame on your company for knowingly selling a faulty car and then not having the business, professional or customer care ethics to put things right. Because of Ian and Peugeot Edgware, I would consider buying another Peugeot car in the future.

    Fantastic service as always

    Collection from home is always spot on- lovely and friendly and also so welcoming. Service and MOT done on great time and communication on the day was consistent. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now and already looking for a new model.

    Highly recommend! Staff are very helpful and friendly! Addy kept me updated with new vehicles when they arrived. This is the second car I’ve bought from this Peugeot dealership as the vehicles are of a high standard and staff are very knowledgable.

    Got a car from Stellantis

    Got a car from Stellantis, had a chance to deal with Tom Harrop, and actually everything went really smooth, Tom is not been pushy at all, left me with the car and the key for over 30 minutes, and allowed me to have a great and deep look of everything, then he explained me everything and answered every my question, also the tricky ones, very professional. Car is been prepared, got half tank of fuel, really appreciate that. Tom even replied on his phone to my extra question and every time I changed my mind for any bits, such extra warranty in which I firstly choice to do not get and then changed my mind, He never tried to push on me anything just to sell. so far great experience and Mr Tom Harrop is a really great asset for this company, will definitely going back in the future to get my next car.

    The team were friendly and attentive

    The team were friendly and attentive. They were expecting me and were prepared by having the information about my car and service at hand. The workshop team managed to remove a scuff on the side of my car which I was very grateful for. A video update about the work that was being performed was great to receive . I was very pleased with the whole process of having my service and mot undertaken at Stellantis in Newport.
