I had such a positive experience today at this dealership. Deepak was so helpful, patient and understanding! He didn’t rush us at all, took me for a test drive (I was nervous but he made me feel very safe and comfortable). I am very grateful for the lovely service I received today! Highly recommend this dealership!
Excellent customer service from Vik
When I arrived at the Vauxhall, Edgware branch Vik was very professional and knowledgeable and pointed me to the right direction to a car which was suitable for me. He listened to my needs and guided me to the right direction in which I chose a vauxhall car in the end. He made me feel comfortable and provided me excellent customer service all the way through.
