Fantastic Customer service from Aaron at Stelantis, Birmingham

From the moment my husband and myself met Aaron, We felt very confident that we were in safe hands. My eldest Daughter has been having her New Cars via Aaron and Stelantis for many years. So glowing was her recommendations, that she has lived in Sheffield for some years, and still comes to Martin for her Cars. The centre was warm and friendly, and Aaron made us very welcome with a drink and chat, of the type of Car we were after. Went through all our specification, in detail to make sure we finally narrowed it down to the Car we wanted. Out for the test run!! fantastic, we were sold! The paperwork was effortless and Aaron explained the details very clearly throughout the whole process. Just now waiting for the Car, and hopefully we can look forward to many years of happy motoring together, thanks to Aarons fantastic support and excellent customer focused approach. If you buying a new Car, Aarons well worth a visit!

I picked up my new car today and the handover was done professionally with a detail explanation and test drive so i could get used to the car. I would like to thank Mo for his friendly and approachable attitude and taking his time not trying to rush me. Overall excellent service

Superb! Malcolm who handles Motability is so patient, knowledgable, he spends time ensuring you as the customer are happy with everything, nothing is too much trouble! This is our 3rd car with Malcolm and he makes the change so easy. Super excited for our new Peugeot E3008 Stellantis is always our first choice
