Professional team of staff providing a good service. Staff at Citroen, Hatfield were found to be very friendly and helpful during the time when I purchased my Citroen C1 in February 2016 plus later when I ordered and collected a spare wheel kit in April.

I have used this company many times before and it was not until my mother was taken critically ill that I decided to take on a car on a 3 year lease. the service was so good and the access to this and the advice given gave me the confidence to return and take on a second lease car. the staff are friendly helpful and allow you to take the time needed to make important decisions and are more than happy to allow you to return and spend as much time as you need. They are relaxed and calming making the buying experience far more pleasurable and less pressured. I have recommended friends to this company and they too have come back with high praise for the welcoming reception and general pleasant environment.
